Elf Publishing House was founded by Tina Didebulidze in April 1996. Since then the main aim of the publishing house is to publish the books meeting today's demands. Elf publishing takes part in many international projects. It received a special award from Business Initiative Association.
Tina Didebulidze the founder and the director of the publishing house takes part in Frankfurt World Book Fair every year and is accredited in the press-centre of the festival. She also translates books from German into Georgian. Tina Didebulidze has translated and published the world's famous publishers' book "Publishers of Tomorrow" (copyright: Science Book International Society). She is listed in the world's publishers catalogue 'Who is Who".
